Pieceful Quilting's toile star

This is a beautiful lone star quilt from Pieceful Quilting with a toile as the main fabric.  Unfortunately, for some odd and unknown reason, this is the only photo I have.



Ann's trees

I noticed that a lot of Ann's fabrics, including the backing, had acorns on them, so I chose the Autumn Oaks pantograph by Jodi Beamish.

Sheryl's Sampler

This is Sheryl's sampler quilt.  I've quilted several quilts with the same blocks, but this is the first that the maker put in a setting to make a bed quilt.  I love it when the customer tells me to do what I think is best : )

I used elements of the Ribbon Romance set from Urban Elementz for the pink borders and the setting triangles.  And I quilted piano keys in both floral borders.

 

If my head is not in the right place, samplers can be a challenge.

Pam's "Hometown Afternoon"

Pam purchased this "Hometown Afternoon" kit after seeing it in McCall's Quilting magazine.  The quilt was made for her friend's son, an Army Ranger Captain.  The quilting is Stars and Loops.

Pieceful Quilting's Shenandoah

Has it really been 6 months since I've posted??  Sigh, so sad. 

This was a kit called "Shenandoah" sold at Pieceful Quilting.  I used freehand modern quilting motifs to match this modern quilt.
