Evelyn's Amish sampler

Evelyn agreed to let me use her quilt to practice my Pro-Stitcher skills.  This was probably the fourth of fifth quilt done with the computerized system.  All of these things are now just about second nature to me, and soon I hope to do much more advanced things (although it will probably be 6 months after that before I post it! LOL!)

Arlene's Velvet rail fence

I think Arlene made this for a friend.  The black borders are velvet.  This was quilted with a freehand leaf pattern in the two portions with blocks, stitch in the ditch around the velvet borders and a computerized leaf pattern in the very outer border.  This was last summer, and I think this was my first time fitting a design to a border.
I just returned from MQX in Providence and attended some AWESOME classes on the Pro-Stitcher and the Art and Stitch program.  I can't wait to put all that education to use!

Arlene's Holiday Chorus

This is Holiday Chorus by Arlene.  She made this one for her daughter, and her daughter chose the quilting pattern Popcorn.

Arlene's Sampler

I believe this was the first top I quilted for Arlene.  She likes her quilting FAR, FAR apart.  This one is quilted with freehand ribbon meandering with a little stitch in the ditch thrown in.
